This is an example of an adaptive interface that will present a small number of alters to the user along with the probable channel. Note here that the same alter can be repeated with a different channel as in case of “Dad” above. At the back-end it needs an algorithm that will analyse the communication history of smartphone users to capture their communication patterns. This interface will facilitate a user by minimizing the need or searching or shifting between different screens
